cart slows down
I have a 2001 EZ-GO Gas Cart with a 295 engine, I have to keep pulling the carb & cleaning it to keep it running carb # is 603901, also is there a governor on this cart & can I speed it up, I am beginning to think I need a new carb, I also noticed that the air filter has two parts 1 of them goes right over the carb but is nothing but wire is it made this way or missing the filter element
