in the second pic under the orange wire u see thees nothing ican see that would activate that micro switch theres a pin behind it should that be able to move if so it appears to be seized , the long silver lever moves but the spring attached to it is not hooked up i go there first fellas

The NC contacts are used in the microswitch on the throttle assembly. When the pedal is up, the lever on the microswitch is pressed, opening the NC contacts, which de-energizes solenoid. When the pedal is pressed, the lever on the microswitch is released and a small spring inside the microswitch closes the NC contacts, completing the solenoid activation circuit. Same is true with microswitches on F/R assembly. It's a safety feature, the most common type of switch failure will disable cart rather then making it a runaway. |

think we got her , that box that has the throttle lever hooked up to it was angled opposote so with the throttle off the lever that should be resting on the micro switch was actually resting totally opposite i reversed the little 3 inch ball joint linkage and now it rests on the lever whiul doing this though i noticed the spring which would keep some tesion on that lever is broke i cant find part number anywhere can anyone help

the one side of the spring is hangin off to the side other side lookes like it snapped
