Biggest tires/wheels without lift- 06 Precedned

Will 14" wheels with 23" tires fit on a 06 Precedent without a lift? I ordered an entire kit, but the lift was forgotten and didn't ship until I asked about it today. I was needing the cart for the weekend and would like to have at least the wheels and tires on it. Just wondering if anyone has put bigger wheels/tires without a lift!! If not, we will find out Friday when the come in!

I would say no. They will not fit without the lift.

They WILL NOT FIT without modifying the rear wheel wells, and installing at least a 1" lift plate on the front spring, and even after cutting the wheel wells in the reay, you still may rub on bumps, I have 14" wheels with 205-50-14 low pro tires on mine with the 1" lift block on the front and HD Springs on the rear and I cut the wheel wells, and they still hit in the front when I het a kind of big bump or turn too short

If you look at me cart, you can hardly tell that I have cut the rear fender wells
I used a Jig Saw with a medium blade, let it ride on the tire and cut about 1 1/2" off the fender wells, and then took my die grinder with a soft flapper pad about 1" round and smoothened it out...........It still looks factory too........Not hard to do at all.......

Well I have the lift coming, they just shipped it out later. Was needing (wanting) for the weekend for an event were having.
