2009 Club Car Precedent TPS Conversion issues

Based on the information you and CC North have provided I believe we have narrowed it down to motor (brush) problems. We first tested all of the continuity readings across the motor as shown in the link provided by CC North and all is well with those readings. We have the rear wheels up on jack stands and we pushed the throttle down and got nothing. Then we pushed the throttle down and also gave the rear wheels a little turn with our hands and it seems to make contact there and the wheels begin to turn. However, they turn very sporadically and jumpy. I believe this points towards bad brushes. Today we will pull the motor and inspect these brushes and commutator. If bad, we will look to order the parts we need and move forward. Thanks again for all you guys help. This has been a great source of information. We will keep updating.

What an awesome site...Thank you all for your help. We were able to fix the cart and get it back going strong. After getting all of the info from this post, we upgraded the TPS to the MCOR4 which was needed and also determined the motor had brush issues. We found a good used motor and changed the motor and all is good now. Thank you again for all the help.
