Default 2008 Yamaha Drive 48V

I have a 2008 Yamaha Drive 48V (four 12-volts) that only runs in reverse, even when the F&R Switch is on "Forward". I installed a new F&R Switch and replaced the controller and the issue is still present. I should mention that it only does this (running in reverse when the F&R switch is on Forward) occasionally. Has anyone had this happen to them? What did you do to fix it?

Thanks.

Also, the main harness looks good, there are no stripped wires or anything like that. Could this involve battery acid damaging a wire and I haven't noticed?

I've recently installed an Alltrax controller, everything wired acc to the manual and it started in reverse with the F/R in forward, so exchanged F1/F2 on controller - SOLVED!

What does the car do when the switch is in reverse?
Does the reverse buzzer come on when the switch is in reverse?
Does the buzzer go off when the switch is in forward?
