Well, I made it almost a year but the issue has returned. I had a cart service come check it out but they cant figure it out either. They used their code reader and said it was jumping around all weird and thought it could be the controller or they think it has to due with the lithium batteries. they tried to put another controller in but it was an off an older RXT; Danaher that I don't think was compatible. It didn't work. I did notice that EZGO now sells a Cutis conversion kit Controller (SVC-CONTROLLER,1206AC-5212-KIT) to replace the Danaher. Does any one have experience with these?

Confused, you wrote a Danaher doesn't work, but a Curtis conversion kit is a conversion from Danaher to Curtis.

Which controller do you actually have in the 2Five

Thanks for you help
The controller can't power the motor for the twist test without the solenoid engaging. It's the high power switch the feeds the motor drive circuit in the controller. You'll most likely need a hand held to access the controller and see why it isn't happy. Sounds like something internal to the controller.

The service guy i had help with this thinks its the wiring harness he stuffed some plugs with copper and l made it another 8 months and now the problem is back. I have a Danaher controller but EZGO doesn't sell it any more they list a conversion kit from Danaher to Curtis.
