Any ideas why my txt speed is very slow? New batteries, new controller, new pedal sensor, new motor sensor, new personality plug and still only getting 10km/h (6mph) in forward and 1mph in reverse?? Any clues please???

Yes, inspect cables carefully. Also, after driving it, look for anything hot. I just had my cable to the solenoid fry off. Cart was getting more and more sluggish lately, now I know why.

You mentioned a new motor sensor (speed sensor?), so it is most likely a PDS (sepex drive).

Try running it with the controller in diagnostic mode and listen for the beeped error code(s). The text at the bottom of the attached PDS label tells you how to get into diagnostic mode.

All looks ok, were cleaned when new batteries installed but I’ll maybe take them back off and inspect closer. Thanks
