Default Wiring converter up with out switches power.

So I was planning on stringing a wire from the green to the key switch to turn on and off the converter with the key and then I remember the lithium pack has a button to turn on and off the battery which I will use when the cart is not in use. Does this mean I can then tie the green and yellow together and it will always be hot as long as the pack is turned on ?

Correct.. It really isn’t hard to tap into the switch but each his own.

I agree I am just making the whip as short as possible and one less home run to the dash seems smarter if I have an easy way to not have a draw on the pack when not in use.

Again I am just so green with wiring and trying to not make any mistakes if possible

Thanks for your help

Depends on the cart but probably could tap in under the seat.
