Default 1993 ezgo marathon 36v

Does anyone know the specs of the stock controller? Trying to replace it but the label has came off so I have no info on it. Bought this as a project and have been fixing it up. when pressing the gas it cuts out when fully pressed so I’ve just been replacing parts. Here lately it won’t even go up a hill. Below is all the info I have on it

Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Sounds like a battery problem. How old are the batteries?

If you want to continue with just replacing parts and are dead set on getting a controller I'd get an Alltrax controller from ScottyB.

But if that's not your problem then it won't fix your issue. To me it sounds like a battery problem. Put a digital voltmeter on your battery pack and see what the V is, then leave it connected and see what the V is when it cuts out. My assumption is that you'll see your V drop into the mid 20's.

IF it does drop that low then you'll need new batteries.

Also, if you have a bar voltmeter for dash, replace with one of these. Cheapest way to monitor your battery health.
