04 Voyager leaf spring bushings replacement
I installed a lift kit on my 04 CC Voyager (factory 4 seater) and bought replacement bushings for the rear leaf springs (which were completely gone).
The ones in the springs were easy enough, but the rear “buckle”(??) that the rear of the leaf spring sits in can not be removed because the bolt is in from the inside and the body floor is right in the way. That bushing is also completely gone and I can’t see a way to remove this bolt without removing the roof and entire body. Has anyone experienced this and what did you do? TIA For now I just left it |

Re: 04 Voyager leaf spring bushings replacement
Remove the bag well plastic and use a 1” hole saw in the body next to the bolt.
Slide the bolt out through the hole, wiggle new bushings in. Replace the bag well and never see the hole. |
