Rattling Dash in 2022 I40

Hello, I'm a new owner of an I40 and have been having issues with a pretty significant rattle in the dash. I lowered the psi in the tires to 25 pounds and tightened the screws in the top trim of the dash, but even at low speeds on relatively smooth pavement the rattle and bounce is so bad that I can't even utilize the cup holders without losing half of a road soda.

I've searched around and haven't found any similar issues so any and all advice or tips are much appreciated!

I don't know anything about the dash rattle, but ICONS are notorious for their pretty rough, rigid ride. I have a new i20 and it has been suggested to me to look into moving away from the low profile stock tire and to a larger wheel.

It was also suggested to put 1" foam tape along the body frame under the seat line to help cushion the seat ride. I did and it helped considerably.

And FWIW, I also have loud squeak in the basket every time I hit a mild bump. Changed washers and retightened bolts, but still there. Very annoying. Other that that, I really like my i20...
