Does anyone know where I can find an ALL aluminum rear flip seat for an 01 CC?

I had one on my 98. Order one for the CC years that had aluminum top frames and they should come with the aluminum rear seat frames.

you can also do an internet search!
i think aluminum cushions would be a bit rough on the but though?? are you also wanting a rear flip footrest or just the seat base. you also have to decide if you are going to want a rear grab handle, and/or wrap around sides. there are soooo many choices. -Aaron |

Thanks, I found a seat. I guess all the seats come with powder coated steel seat brackets, and roof supports. I was trying to find a seat with no steel. Looks like I will have to do a little fabricating to get rid of the steel. Your right aluminum seats would be uncomfortable, but I'm going to be driving. LOL.

as I stated also there are all aluminum seats out there. BU carries one. (i am just mentioning it) I found this one made by m&m manufacturing. I liked it soo much i bought 2 of them. note that it is folded over in the picture to the "flatbed" mode

Like I said, Companies make them with aluminum frames. I had one on my CC. Next time take our advice or do more research...

Yes they are similar lockman1. I just opted for the folding fiootrest. it is amazing how much more room that makes for in the already too cramped shed at the campground!
