Re: 2009 "The Drive" clutch problem

Well here in The Villages Fl, the 2 biggest dealers in the US (one for sure) are probably selling hundreds per month due to the 50,000 installed golf cart base and hundreds of new homes per month, virtually all of which will buy a golf cart. Yamaha gas is the biggest seller of all brands and models. |

Re: 2009 "The Drive" clutch problem
I did not know "Team" clutchs/pedal assy's and transaxles were made in China?, thought they were a midwest manufacture. Took Yamaha 5+ years to fix the clutch (primary and secondary) and the brake/accelerator problem. I'm hoping...they will go back to the Yamaha transaxle, like they have done on the Adventure model car's. Who care's if you have brake lining's compared to internal brakes. I do like the EFI car's, if just for curing the Ethonal gas problem with carberated cars.

The 2014 has the same team rear end but they did change the clutches and the the old style g22 rear end doesn't hold up in a beverage cart or adventure. Seeing a lot of input shaft failures.
