Default voltage across the controller

So hooked up a voltmeter to the B- and B+ at the controller. lifted the rear and gave the pedal a push, key on

we didnt charge it last night, but didnt use it yesterday either.

throttle on 37.4v
throttle off 32.7v

its the 94 marathon that goes really slow on slight grades

trying the amp readings but not getting anything from my VM...
