The belt that was shredded has plowmans 1200 on it. No way I can get a length on it now. I'll contact them and see if they can give me the length.

Thanks Dan.

Talked with Don at Plowmans....wow what a great guy. So obviously I had my motor and clutch alignment totally screwed up. He said the alignment needs to be set while the motor is running, belt at the top of the primary (closed) and when the secondary is fully open.

He said what will happen the way I set it is pretty identical to what my belt looks like has happened. I just "eyeballed" the primary and driven clutches in line straight. DOH Anyway.....he said to basically throw my secondary in the trash when I told him what the ramps on the spring seat looks like. He also gave me some insight as far as tire size. I was wanting to go with 25's but he said a tire that large is difficult to be able to get the clutches working properly and that a 23" tire is an optimum size.

He told me to get with him and when I'm ready to call him, give him my cart usage, lift, size tires and he will put together a rear clutch package that will perform so good I won't be able to wipe the smile off my face.

Not sure Dan, but that's what he said. The belt has to be at the top of the primary and the secondary open. Overdrive is what he called it.

I aligned clutches handling 200 plus Hp by clamping a straight edge between the sheaves of the secondary and then measuring where it fell on the driver, centered and PARALLEL.
