PDS 36 Volt no movement or solenoid click
Have already checked tow/run switch, micro switch by ITS, and ignition switch. One side of ITS has .29 other side has 2.49 and no change when throttle is pressed.

Check the controller's ITS output with the white and blk wires removed from J4, put the - test lead on 3 and the + lead on 4 and press the pedal. What do you get here?

Measuring the ITS the way you said i get 2.44 withe the pedal pressed or depressed.

The controller has failed. Should be 12-14v there.

Alright got new controller old one had a whole melted through it under the solenoid brace. Installed it hooked everything up hit has it moved. Put everything back together and now press the gas pedal and the solenoid clicks three times.
