Columbia Par Car will not run
I am hoping that someone can help us out. We have an Electric Columbia Par Car P4LC3-3ZE0722. We have been having issues where the cart will run, then quit, and run again. We recently put on a new controller and now we are not able to run the cart at all. Can anyone help us with the year and also a manual or drawing of the wiring so we can assure it has been done properly. One thing to note, when we turn on the cart, the controller blinks 6 times then goes off and everything seems operational until we step on the gas pedal...then it goes back to the blinking light and nothing happens.

Im going to assume you have a blue sevcon controller. That blinking light is a code, count the blinks and that COULD tell you whats wrong.

The six flash says something is wrong with the potbox/accelerator. Check to make sure you have the potbox hooked up correctly. Also, the controller has to be programmed correctly, with a potbox rather than the new style linear accelerator device or you also get the six flash.
