Default 2015 L6 need more MPH

So this is a recent purchase at work and the boss asked for a couple more MPH. I asked if he wanted MPH or needed a little more torque to which I received the full blown tilted head dumb dog look. I looked through the tech section, last updated 2008, and searched prior to asking the question.

Can I adjust the governor on the 2015 and how? Pictures would be great if you got’m. Ill start with MPH if that doesn't make him happy then Ill look at changing the belt.

Thanx in advance

I am assuming it has the Kawasaki motor.. On top of the transaxle is the governor assembly. Loosen the 10mm nut on the throttle cable and adjust it to be longer.. So fewer threads showing on the spring side. The tighter it is the faster it goes.. Beware, If you go too far you can get the engine into possibly too many RPM and bad things can happen..
