This looks wrong .
How do I replace and what is the part number for this ?
1995 G14.

Oh okay you should be able to just tighten them. Other option is to take apart and regrease them, but no one ever does because they put new ones in instead.

Not unless there is play there too. There is a bearing adjusting nut under the dust cap of each hub, just like a car. And a cotter pin to keep it from moving, too

Yes there are 2 bearing adjustment nuts or spindle nuts, one on each side.

Tighten the wheel bearings if theres play, but the bigger problem is kingpins. You should be able to order a kit with new pins, bushings, etc for around 20 bucks.
