Harness rubbing on shock...
Just picked up a new Onward (not lifted), and the headlight harness is rubbing on the passenger side front shock rod. On first glance not sure how to re-route since the harness is being pulled by wire on bottom.
Second question...why is there an un connected wire just hanging there? Is this harness rub normal on these? |

Re: Harness rubbing on shock...
The issue was the lower wire had no slack. Once I relocated its routing, I was able to get the big harness off the shock.

Re: Harness rubbing on shock...
I'd say there was very poor quality control on that one.
I'd be checking all of the wiring harness routing. |
