Club Car Precedent rapid beeps when trying to charge

Hi,

I have a 48V club car precedent and a PowerDrive3 charger.

One day while driving, it suddenly stopped. I pushed it back to the charger to plug it in. After a few seconds, the charger would make the usual "click" noise and turn on. But then he cart would immediately start a rapid beeping and the current meter on the charger would drop to zero.

I checked the battery voltages and they look decent, ~8.4V each and total is a little over 48V.

I took a look at the wires around the onboard computer and they look physically ok.

The battery light in the dashboard does come on sometimes.

Any ideas on what to check next?
