I sent for some new rocker panels for the hunting cart. I got these in black diamond plate. The stock one's I had previously painted, but after many years, it's looking pretty shabby.

It's not really "what I did to my golf cart", it's more of a what I did for my golf cart.... The wife and I finally organized the garage.... We bought shelves to put all along the end wall and it helped get things up off the floor! I am going to be bringing home my old Jeep CJ5 this weekend to start tinkering on. So after this weekend my golf cart shouldn't be lonely in the garage anymore.

Then in a month or two, I'll be bringing my bass boat home from storage and getting it ready for spring fishing!

You WILL appreciate the time and aggravation you save being able to find stuff/tools now and not be falling over $#it looking for them! It will pay back the time it took to organize tenfold!

I hear ya Dave! Biggest challenge in a garage or shop is keeping stuff out that you are not using often! Components, materials and general stock can take up a lot of room. Get yourself a shipping container. Shelve it to your needs, add ventilation so it doesn't get too hot in summer, paint it to taste and done. It's secure, dry, rodent proof, and your "stash" will be out of the garage or shop.

I'm in process of setting up a storage container at the ranch. Building a little shed roof over it to keep the SW sun off of it. Neighbor bought 2 containers and strung a roof over the space between them for the tractor.
My wife says the yard is already cleaner

Made a pair of extended jounce stops for the old Marathon.

If my theory is correct the rear end will be pretty solid but not TOO solid.

Installed new red shock boots and front bushings. Removed the shock cover to gain access. Was not hard at all but 2 of the bolts on the cover are a pure bitch to get on and off. Access sucks. TXT service manual says they should be pop rivets but mine are bolts. Laying down and going from underneath is the only way to get decent access. Once the cover is off the shocks are very easy to change out. Red boots are nice but they have little “pop” as they are dull. Might change out for yellow or orange later. New 2G cables are coming from a friend today and I’ll install tonight. Aux 12v hardware is here just waiting on my new battery (Odyssey PC1200). Going to go with a Warn Pro 2500 on the front but that comes after a new controller from Scotty.
