79 ezgo crank seals
just orderd some crank seals for my 79 ezgo. i was wondering if you have to split the crank case to replace them or can it be done externaly. i havent pulled engine yet thats y i'm asking and to find out if i need other gaskets. thanks in advance for any help.

The engine will have to be removed from the cart, but you can replace the crank seals without splitting the crankcase. Just be careful that you do not scratch the crankshaft when you remove the old seals.
