The original tires were 18X8.5-8 on a 7" wide rim.

Here is the steering Colum Strip down. I used 220 paper then fine sanded with 400.

I put in a new floor as well. I used a rubber Diamond plate.

Floor looks good. Did you get the diamondplate off Ebay? That is where I got mine.

Here is the latest. I found these tires at a golf cart store. They are the standard that is mentioned above. I also found these rims I thought would add a bit to it.

I decided that I didn't want the choke and the key to be in the front so I am rewiring the locations to be between the seat.

A tip for your rims - paint them flat black. looks better with the hub caps.

Update....New paint job and put on the seat.....got it from bass pro shop ....put on the details (diamond plate) and the front and rear lights....the voltage reg came in and wired that up too....
