Do you have this engine installed in your cart??? The reason is that the 128/1 ratio is based in part on the EC25 - 2PG motor (and/or 3PG). (Granted most of us who go pre-mix and remove governor's run a slighty richer oil mix, but not what's in that manual for the ultralite - 40/1.) That's a 50 horse with different carb, jetting, etc. etc.. I'd be willing to bet that the exhaust system is also different to allow for the richer oil mix. That's a high RPM motor. You'd probably foul a plug running 30/1 in your 2 or 3PG cart... . There's a link for the Textron 2PG motor here on the site somewhere...
