ANyone know about sevcon millipak codes for Bad boy buggy

I have a Bad Boy Buggy 2007 CLassic I think, The 4 wheel drive isnt working and someone told us that the rear controller needed replacing. I found the controller - Its a Sevcon Millipak Part #633T45312 and S/N 2007070268

Anyway i wanted to check the flashing codes and what they meant for myself - to see if I really did need to replace he whole controller or not -

I turned the key to the first position and the rear controller blinked 4 times
I turned the key to the 2nd position and the rear controller blinked 7 times...

And also the front controller blinked 3 times on both positions but I thought if it was working it was supposed to be steady light...

Does anyone know what the blinking codes mean? I tried looking at a bunch of different websites but cant seem to figure it out. And someone said you had to drive it while looking at the flashing - do you?

Any help would be appreciated!
