Alright. I have no idea what I'm looking at there, but I'm going to bet that the conjecture will start. Guys are jonesing since ev isn't shipping any packs. It would be a great time for someone to step in and fill the void.

I stopped at the local 40yr old automotive shop today. They pressed the armature out in about 5 seconds. Then for $25 he media (glass bead) blasted the armature assembly and end cap, trued the commutator on a lathe, and when I left he was cleaning out chips and checking progress on the "growler". He wasn't quite done at quitting time so I'll go grab it in the morning. I changed the bearing while it was apart. I'll take the other half in tomorrow and have them take a look. But, for $25 I couldn't pass it up!
