David,
Ok, sounds like it might be time to bite the bullet and order up some parts. Ouch!

I got the body out of the paint shop, and will post some pics on my build thread later today.

David, what ever happened to this build?

Do those carryall brakes work on all DS? Can they be bought new, or only used?

I stripped it down. Sold the batteries, charger, motor, and all wiring. It's currently sitting the back of my shop collecting dust. I've somewhat lost interest in it. I'm waiting around for a cheap Precedent to build instead. So if anybody wants a Carryall 1 missing all these parts, let me know. I'll let it go for 200 bucks. As for the brakes, I'm sure you could make it work but it would be a LOT of fabrication. They're hydraulic brakes so you'd have to add a master cylinder. They are not available used, only new, and they are very expensive.

If you weren't 9 hours away I'd be all over that. Been looking for another carryall for our maintenance staff and the few I've found have just been too much money and too beat up to justify buying it.
