Angry HELP!!! 2011 TXT 48 volt

Omg, I’ve scratched my head so much that I have no hair left..... Cart Had a bad motor and controller. I decided to upgrade to HD everything. New motor, 500 Curtis controller, HD solenoid, 4 gauge wires. Anyway, all has been replaced and now this POS won’t hit on crap. Micro switch in the V Glide is functioning as it should. Key switch as well. Batteries are great. Am I missing something?????

To begin with, check for 48 volts to the HD solenoid COIL [small terminals] with one wheel off the ground in case it decides to run.

The HD solenoid coils have a + and - terminals on them. Make sure they are not switched.

Now, real experts can chime in!

You beat me to it Scotty!

I'll take a guess that you mean an XRT, and not a TXT...

Problem found. There was a resistor on the wires to the controller that was not needed

Glad you figured it out.

Just to clarify, is this the cart in your avatar pic that you're working on? If so, it doesn't have an OBC (being an EZGO)...
