HELP!!! 2011 TXT 48 volt
Omg, I’ve scratched my head so much that I have no hair left..... Cart Had a bad motor and controller. I decided to upgrade to HD everything. New motor, 500 Curtis controller, HD solenoid, 4 gauge wires. Anyway, all has been replaced and now this POS won’t hit on crap. Micro switch in the V Glide is functioning as it should. Key switch as well. Batteries are great. Am I missing something?????

Apparently
Is your controller powering up ? Is the solenoid clicking with the pedal? |

Re: HELP!!! 2011 TXT 48 volt
Problem found. There was a resistor on the wires to the controller that was not needed

Re: HELP!!! 2011 TXT 48 volt
Glad you figured it out.
Just to clarify, is this the cart in your avatar pic that you're working on? If so, it doesn't have an OBC (being an EZGO)... |
