All the same, something that is not commercially viable can often be achieved in a one-off situation by perseverance and plain old bloody-mindedness.

Swap in an ezgo rear. Will probably bolt right up.

Just google limited slip differential for Club Car. There is a clutch kit out there, can't remember all the vendors, who carry it. Just DON'T buy from Buggies Unlimited. You WILL be banned here!

If it were that easy, I'd never have started the thread. Still have not found a solution that does not require an entire axle swap.

With a kit that costs about $500 for a couple plates and a set of springs.
And it’s only available for an axle that isn’t made anymore, and has NO parts support. If you strip the gears, there is no fixing it.
