1999 ez-go body replacement.
What size rivets and gun to use?

I usually just order the body rivet kit 608456. Comes with all the ones you need. They are 3/16 except for the 4 that hold the 4 fingers off the side of the body. Those are 1/4

I think I've read that the biggest rivets benefit from an air powered gun. A Harbor Freight cheapo will probably work. I bought the rivet set, but ended up not using it, so I sold it.

That is a good price. I just remember reading that the hand actuated ones are tough on the forearms, but a long handled one like you posted looks much better than mine.

I have the $40 3/16 gun from harbor freight and it works fine for small rivets but won’t fit the big ones. That being said I don’t use the big ones anyway so I’m good. If you are just doing the one car a regular hand held will work.
