Maximizing the surface contact area and removing unnecessary resistance paths on the Solenoid connections is always necessary.

That crimp on the solenoid cable that goes to Controller B+ looks suspicious.

I cannot tell from the picture if it is a cold solder job or corrosion on the gap between the cable jacket and the connector itself.

Did You make that cable? Does it feel "crunchy" when You move the cable near the connector?

You should also remove the stress on the Controller B- connection, it appears the cable is pulling the Controller tab out of its seat.

These are all stock #4 cables plus the one that comes with the alltrax that goes from the controller to the solenoid.

I will look at each of these cables and connectors to see if there are potential issues. I have some #2 welding cable and copper rings I could replace a cable or 2.

Alltrax does not ship cables with their controllers, are you saying that cable on the Solenoid without a heat-shrink came from the dealer that sold you the controller?

I would start with new cables since you already have the material. Make sure the diameter of the ring terminals are the same size as the solenoid lugs.
