Knuckle/spindle bushings
so check this out..
Neither bolt can be removed to replace the busings.. how does one doe this.. Cut the bolt and replace with a new nut and bolt ? |

They would have pressed the lower bushings in first, lined up the sleeve, washer, and U plate, and slid the lower bolt through the larger diameter of the upper hole in the knuckle with no bushings in it.
After that they put the washer and the lower section of the upper bushing set on the upper bolt and slid that all in at an angle, then used the bolt to pull the bushing into the knuckle, and pressed in the other half of the bushing once that is in place. With a proper sized sleeve you could probably knock the upper bushings out and reverse the process, but it's probably easier to just cut the bolt heads off since you'll want to replace those anyway. |

Those lift kits never were famous for being real good. The new double A-Arm lift kits are leaps and bounds better in every aspect than those were.

Guess i should just be looking for a new front lift then .. this thing is a bear to turn .. and the front end is just janky and loose as F*&^
