Hi Bunchy,
Your fully charged pack should read over 40v, closer to 41v actually. Your batteries are still not fully charged at 38.2v. Get the new charger, get the pack voltage above 40v and if you’re still having problems we can investigate further. Cheers Pat. |

I'm not trying to step on any toes here, but a fully charged 36 volt pack is fully charged at 38.2 resting voltage. After 12 hours of settling after the charger cuts off. Most chargers cut off around 45 volts.
