2021 EZGO Freedom RXV ELITE- top speed only 13mph
We were expecting to get 19mph top speed but it caps out at 13. It’s a 4-seater. Is there a setting we’re missing to speed it up? Thanks

To get to 19+ it needs to be in freedom mode. Can be done with a passkey dongle and a handheld or with a developer level cable and laptop. Where are you located?

Ok gotcha- thanks. The brochure states it should go 17-19 so I didn’t think there were any extra steps to achieve that. I did contact the dealer and they’ve started a ticket. I’m in NE Indiana- Angola
