Default Yamaha G14 Engine Swap

Hello to all.
Asking a question that has probably been asked a bunch of times. What kind of engine can you put in a 1996 Yamaha G14? Mine is blown and I have been looking at some Briggs and Stratton motors to put in it. Any recommendations?
What is involved in putting a regular horizontal shaft engine in a golf cart? Is it too much work or can it be done fairly easily?
Thanks in advance for all information.

Take a look at the "Big Block" section, alot of help and awnsers there. The best, in my opinion, would to be buy a kit for Tom at CPP. He is not only a site sponsor here, but a pleasure to deal with. If you have a question about the kit or the install process, or trouble down the road...He is the man The reason I say the kit is, everything is there. No searching for this part ect ect ect, witch usesually cost more in the long run. Good luck on your indever. You will not be disappointed with a big block. Dave
