Default bad brakes

anyone have any suggestions on where to get good brake lining? they never seem to wear out but they get all gummed up in about 2 months, ez go came out with some that were painted red that were supposed to be be much better and they were gummed up in 4 months. they work a little better if i turn or really rough up the drums often, these brakes are way to small for any weight, thanks, kirk

Is this an older cart? Both of my trikes needed all the junk that was in the drum cleaned out.

If they are getting gummed up I would look at the seal's in the axile. They maybe letting lube into the brakes. I don't know of anything else it could be.
I have a 04 with the same shoes that came on it. I placed a set of shoes on the 92 Mud Buggie and haven't touched it since. I would check the axile seals.

no lube, spotless inside, this is residue from the lining and drum cosisting of metal etc.
