Well, I wish I had the service manual in electronic. Now you have the parts manual also.

Wish I had the service and repair manual in electronic. I've looked but can't find it anywhere.

Sorry for the double post, it did not show up on my system the first time. My appology.

Scotty, I was just trying to be helpful as this is one of the few things that I know anything about. Not trying to show you up or be a smart a$$.

Took a look this evening, and you don't need to remove the cupholder to get to the torx screws in the middle.

Just installed the Ezgo factory meter into my cart - took about 30 minutes. Thanks for providing the diagrams and instructions. The 2" circular hole was a tad bit too tight but some slight filing made it into a perfect fit. I know you should charge after every round but I was just wondering how much of a swing on the meter indicatesthat the batteries are severely discharged?

Supposedly the charger flashes short when the batteries are 80%. I see this when my SOC meter is a little more than a quarter discharged (3/4 full). I haven't checked the voltage, but that would be the sure way. Although I generally charge mine after every use to extend the battery life.

How come no one has mentioned the meter Scottyb sells on his site? I did a lot of homework before I made my purchase and its awesome. I wired mine to stay on all the time and at a galnce can tell the status of the whole pack. While underway, you can see how much is being pulled from the pack.

I’m installing a meter in my 2009 RXV .

The cart has the factory pigtail for the gauge.

I hooked up the Red + and Black – from the pigtail and I have 48 volts with the switch on.

The meter needs power to the C lug.

I tried using the existing Gray lead for this but the meter doesn’t power up.

My key switch has yellow, red, white and green. I’m not sure what lead is hot with the key on.

Anyone have any ideas on this?

. . . this is a Club Car forum . . . however, use a volt meter to check the key switch connections to see which is hot when the key is on . . .
