Default 2019 Onward no 12v

Hello new friends,

My new (3 Months old) onward lifted 4 passenger has an electrical problem.

The cart goes fine, but none of the accessories work, horn turn signals, lights.

I checked all the fuses I could find and they are ok. Could it be something with the 12V converter? Where is it located? I know the thing is under warranty but it's a 3 hour trip to the dealer and I'm hoping it's something I can fix quickly.

I've attached images of all the fuses I checked

Look for the converter power "blue" wire on the pack positive battery post to see if there is a fuse there.

The converter, if OEM, would be mounted on the front of the cart and it would have another in line fuse.

The stock location is below:

Exactly where you described and as you described. The fuse is good, and that sucks lol. I guess it's going to have to go in. :(

Here is a picture of the 12 v converter in case anyone is searching this thread. Also the inline fuse Sergio was talking about.

When I get it in (might be a few weeks, I'll update this thread)

Shouldn’t it be covered under warranty?

I assume it is, the dealer is 1.5 hours so it's a hassle, gotta get a trailer, etc.etc. I am actually dropping it off today, I figure it will be a few days till they get to it

To update this (I hate it when you see a thread without resolution) the dealer replaced the 12V converter under warranty. Problem is fixed

I'm surprised that your car under warranty does not include free pick up and return for warranty
