Fuel, Air, Spark. If you have one for sure look at other two. If you have other two then we can look other things. But you need to have those 3 things before you go any further

Air is the easy one but fuel to the plug is the important one, in other words, is the plug wet with gas when it is sparking or is it dry? If it is sparking the micro switches are functioning.

Lack of compression can be a problem particularly if konahoe tried to start using starting fluid. Starting fluid, if more than a little is used, will wipe the cylinder walls and the rings will not get a good seal, therefore no compression. I have had that problem and a small squirt of engine oil into each cylinder, is sufficient to restore the compression.

Microswitch or the kill wire connection from the micro (white wire w/black stripe)
