Default 2004 club car DS running choppy & a new RPM limiter didnt help

we have a 2004 club car ds in the shop and it starts to run choppy after about 30 seconds, ive seen this before and a rpm limiter fixed the issue on the other cart i saw with this. well i changed out the rpm limiter and it didnt change it at all. ive checked fuel pump and hoses too and everyting looks ok. any ideas guys? thanks in advance

An air leak in the intake system will create that scenario...

Why would you just not disconnect it and see if the problem went away before just replacing?

Lots of things can cause the same type of issue

i did disconnect it and the problem Didn't go away. I have updated everything on the cart air and fuel wise and the probelm didn't get better so that's why I replaced the rpm limited
