Last week was all rainy and cold though, I couldn't get the cart out to do anything. Saturday I got a stock roof, a set of used Trojans, a pot box, and a couple other odds and ends installed.

Yeah Pittsburgh is the same cloudy and gloomy usually. So what do you think of the g22? It’s a pretty nice cart huh. It has a nice tubular frame that is much stronger and it won’t rust out like a txt. Occasionally parts of the battery tray need repaired bu5 it really doesn’t get too bad

I do like it. My local cart shop likes them better than the newer ones. I wish I had the time to take it apart and blast and cost the frame and battery tray...sigh. If it was gas I wouldn't need to though.

Just to update everyone, cart is working after new solenoid. The controller must have had some type of diagnostics and locked out the operation since the solenoid coil was open.

My cart just beeps and I already tried replacing solenoid.

Yes in my case it was only the solenoid. When you switch your switch from tow to run, does your cart cycle the solenoid? I believe it is supposed to.

I am experiencing the same problem you are except I do not get a beep from the F/R switch. How did you test the ignition, F/R switch, stop switch, and throttle sensor?

Thanks

FSIP has a great troubleshooting guide on their website you can find with google. They make/rebuild the controllers so they know what they're talking about.

My opinion, if you don't get the reverse buzzer then the controller is bad or the wiring is bad or one of the switches (most likely).
