Light in the dash, just below cupholders. Visible from the driver's seat without removing or adding anything.

So, I’ve got a 17 gas club car that flashes twice.. waits about one sec or so.. then flashes twice again. I have not been able to figure out what code that is.. It has trouble running under load. I have to baby the throttle to get up to speed or it will just sit there and continue to turn over. I’ve cleaned the injector, and installed a new coil. Not much change.

Gas club car and gas Yamaha fuel injection have nothing in common. Might try the Club Car section.

Is there a list of the fault codes?
Did you ever find out what the cause was? I'm having the exact same problem. Sensor seemed to be working right abd the connections were all good.

Yeah, the sensor was fine. It was a kink in the wire connector or maybe an inch or so back. I forgot the exact details but it was hard to find at first

Thanks for your reply. This might be a dumb question but can you explain where you found the air intake sensor? I saw on that fault code list that there is also an “engine temperature sensor” and now I’m wondering if maybe what I was checking was that sensor and not the intake sensor. This thread has been the most info I can find so I thought maybe you could point me in the right direction?

I’m guessing it’s this one with the green clip?

Where is the Crankshaft sensor on a Yamaha Drive2? I’ve got a 1-2 code too and can’t find the sensor to replace.
