Default Yamaha G21aw charging issues

I have a 2001 Yamaha Gas utility G21aw I believe. The serial number starts with JR6 Anne matched that description. My question is does any one have the output of starter generator red and green wires or what the battery should be reading when it's charging?

I have just replaced the voltage regulator because i was able to read continuity in both directions but the battery seems to read 12 volts when I have the motor running. New battery, new voltage regulator.

Anyone have schematics? From what I could find was one that was in owners manual G21a and that looked like same as multiple years and makes.

Red/green wires are not outputs, they are inputs. They are the charging field wires from the voltage regulator.

What should battery be charging at?
Those wires ohm out to 4ohms
I'm just not sure if it's charging my battery as there isn't an increase that I've seen in voltage while running

Charging range should be 14.5 to 15.5. As I recall starter generator charge wire should OHM out at 5.

How would you test the starter/generator output?
What should it read?
Are the wiring schematics for the G21aw as found in the G21a owners manual?
