I'm gonna guess drain plug gasket, but I dont know for sure I dont think I've ever removed one lol. Usually just remove the oil filter and whatever comes out... comes out.

with the drive clutch I usually open it up to see the condition and also gives me the opportunity to grease things up in there

Thanks... the drive clutch looked pretty good inside... cleaned it up and put it back together... the driven clutch is another story... it was rusted solid... broke it free and cleaned it up... waitin on buttons but I知 gonna salvage it and run it as far as it will go.
But I知 not sure which hole the spring wants to go in or which direction and how far to clock it when I reassemble it... Anybody have any advice?

Not really diggin the way the front and rear motor mounts are lining up... Really ain’t diggin the rear suspension puttin stresses and loads on the crankcase....Should have been a solid piece to cradle that motor

The skid plate should take that stress off the motor

I use two C-Clamps . Run them down opposite each other to hold it while you turn the center 140 degrees + or - a few Clockwise. You will feel it hit the splines and then you press it on down until you can install the lock. I made a tool to do it with which makes it quite easy where I can do it in a vise. Spring goes in center hole
