Default OEM Pre-MCI carb

Does anyone know who makes the OEM pre-mci carb? Pretty sure mikuni makes the MCI ones, but not sure about the older ones. I've got a carb I pulled off a 98 txt. I dont see anything else on the cart that's aftermarket and it looks (well, looked before I cleaned it up) like it's been on the cart for years. But theres no mikuni stamp anywhere.

It does have a TK logo on the side of it, and they are known to supply OEM carbs for a lot of older OEM power sports and power equipment (echo used zama and TK).

I got a few OEM laying around and the also have the TK marking on side CP. I don't have a clue who made them. Wish I could help more.
I do know the MCI's carbs will work fine on these Pre-Mci engines. I have bought a few new ones lately that I put on older pre engines.

I just wish the Pre-Mci engines would start as good as these MCI engines do. Ezgo made many changes trying to solve the cranking problems over the years I worked at a golf course(1996-2012) and finally in 2004 here come the MCI engines and then they went and those noise makers came

Lol thanks. Just wanted to make sure it was an OEM carb.

TK is a brand. Much like keihin or mikuni, it stands for something Japanese but I dont remember exactly what. They make good stuff, just didnt realize they made these :)

Never hurts to have a spare OEM carb laying around that's already cleaned and ready to go
