Club Car DS Gear/Axle Strength?

What issues are folks having with the higher torque of AC motors on stock DS drivetrains? Are there beefier gears available?

The club car axles are none for strength.

A lot of the dragster guys switch over to CC g and k axles and if they hold up well to those carts the AC conversion carts should be just fine.

Graziano or Kawasaki

Just for reference, the Kawasaki axles haven’t been in production in about 25 years, and parts for them are next to impossible to find.
Graziano makes all of CC axles from somewhere in the mid-late 90s til now.

I have a Graziano tool room lathe. Wonder if there’s any connection?

So the axles are strong. I assume the gears are too?

Probably the same. Graziano makes a ton of industrial equipment and gear boxes.
