It's finished! Well, almost. UPS now says the battery will not be here until Monday, 16th. Everything else is installed and ready to go.

Sorry for the out of focus photos. I am a lousy photographer.

And here are 4 more:

Any questions about what's what, let me know.

(My back is absolutely killing me from bending over!)

Sorry, I sent the wrong photos. This is my charger I plan to sell on Ebay. I only meant to send the battery gauge.

By the way, I left the old volt meter and have it hooked up to the voltage reducer 12 volt side. I thought it might be nice to see that voltage also. And not leave a hole in the dash!

I could give a lot of excuses, but why bother. You all know the truth.

Darn camera.......

The ECO Battery finally arrived. It fits perfectly. I was able to connect the power and check it over. I am pleased with this part of things.

However, the cart will not budge. The issue is in the generic IQ wiring harness I installed 4 years ago. Only 1/2 of the wire colors at the controller actually match the colors at the other ends. Also, there were wires spliced inside the harness where the original had the sonic welds. Instead of one splice going to three or four wires, they were spliced at random locations to wire colors not typical. What a nightmare!

(This harness was twice the price of the OEM one from Revolution in case anyone wants to convert from Regen to IQ.)

I removed all of the wire loom and am going to make this right. The colors still may not match, but at least I'll know exactly where each one goes and where the splices are. This will take me several days to complete. I hate the extra long harness and will be shortening it. Sounds like fun!

Anyway, here are some more photos. I hope these come out clear.

Thanks! If my brain, eyes, knees and back would cooperate, I'd get it done sooner.

See the wiring harness mess in the lower right of photo 2. That is going away somehow. I'm gonna make a long one into a short one.

They are a little better but the ECO Bat one is blurry. When I get this finished, and rebuild the wiring harness, I'll use my phone instead of my camera and see what I can do!
