I have used WD40 in the aerosol can to start all kinds of motors. Including fuel injected. Just be REAL careful about spraying to much in there. It doesn't take very much to fill the piston cavity. And when the piston goes up and hits all that liquid, it will blow the head gasket IF your lucky. If your not lucky, well then start looking for a new motor :(

Wow this cart is a mess... I don't know what the previous owner has done but jeez. I'm trying to go through and rewire everything slowly with the help of wiring diagrams but it's hard. Wish I had a lot of pictures of the engine compartment of the same model as mine, hard visualizing everything on a piece of paper lol...

Oh man, pictures would be fine, I figure those would be easier to do. Definitely around the ignition switch, solenoid, ugh really anything you can get pictures of would be amazing... I really started to look at the wiring and noticed all the little walmart wire connectors and wire that didn't come with the cart stock that worries me. :(

Look for them in the AM. Around 9 or maybe before.

I'm real sorry I just remembered that I needed to get those pictures for you.

Some of the wires are from me putting lights on the cart to make it street legal.

Okay update. I got the accelerator microswitch in place and, from my best judgement, connected correctly, no go, I unhooked a few things that didn't make sense in the wiring diagram, things that were rigged up and stuff. So I hook a set of jumper wires and hooked it between the ignition switch wire and the far passenger side solenoid stud. Pressed the pedal and the starter turns, but of course the engine doesn't catch. It doesn't matter if the key is in the on position or not, but oh well for now, I just don't quite get it all just yet. I'm gonna upload a few pictures I took of the jumper wire.

Also thank you very much, Night, for the pictures. Even though our carts are definitely different in style, it helps.

Little update today, I got some one on one time with my cart today. ;) I got some near clear fuel line with a new filter hook on her today from an old project, I thought the fuel pump was working but I was mistaken after I got it all hooked up again. I took it off the motor and disassemble it, the seals look good but I think the rubber diaphragm is shot, but I'm not sure. It's made a lot like my lawn tractor's. But I noticed the diaphragm was kinda... "crispy?" Not really rubbery, I don't know if it's supposed to be that way or not. If not then how should I go about fixing it? Any quick fixes? Can I just buy the rubber diaphragm? I won't have to buy a new pump will I? :(

Buy a new pump. A repair kit cost just as much.
