I'll join up, '82 G1 slowly being modified

Gray- Somebody beat you to the Harley idea, it's not a G1, but it is a Yamaha

I have a 89.stock motor and runs great.have a Jakes 6" lift and 22" tires.bought this to run the trails at our campground and it does it very well.future upgrades will be repairing the body, painting and new seats.I have noticed a lot of new G1's on site also and owning mine for over three years,I see why.Great cart.

Does anyone have any experience with brake shoes and/or drums from e-bay? I called Plowman this morning and they want $195 plus shipping for two drums and four shoes. E-bay has them for $109 including shipping. I know Don is selling original Yamaha parts but they're twice as much cashola!! Looking for used drums if anyone has them in good shape. My cart is an 84. Thanks

I love my G1....what's left of it. Started with an '84 G1 and added a G9 rear end, 16 hp clone with a floor shifter and did some body work.
